Mr. Fernandez spent over 15 years working in financial and legal services for large financial institutions within the investment, insurance and banking sectors. As a Certified Financial Planner (CFP™) and Certified Exit Planner (CExP™), , Mr. Fernandez advises individuals as well as business owners on comprehensive financial planning strategies with a concentration on estate and tax planning. He consults clients in multiple aspects of business transactions from corporate structure and contract negotiations to selling and transitioning away from their business. Mr. Fernandez also advises companies on compliance issues with due diligence, anti-money laundering and the foreign investor visa program.
